Ruslan is the worm-y creature on the left and his 'extended' form is (upside-down) on the left-most part. He is a real smooth talker and can entrap you in his words. I've also heard that he has dealings with many mafia bosses as a misinformant.
Inghamien is the one on the right. He suffers due to his paranoia, but, come now! It's insane to think that people are watching you, curious of what your next step will be, waiting to see what will happen to you; that people are talking about you, maybe even writing about your personality and quirks, perhaps even doing so as of right now .
(Paranoia is one of my fave mental illness. It can really make you wonder about a 4th wall, doesn't it? Maybe the paranoids are the ones sensible enough to know there is something else watching us. An audience maybe?)

For those interested. The text below one of the old bird-ladies reads:
"Ms. Tweet's beauty had not diminished with the passing of the years. It had down-right vanished."
